The CIS bilingual program facilitates a robust language learning program in one of 2 formats:

• English- Mandarin
• English- French.

The program provides students with the opportunity of studying the IB PYP program in a unique bilingual setting. The students work through the curriculum on a daily basis, with both an English and French/ Mandarin teacher. The English and French/ Mandarin teacher alternate instruction days with the children. This facilitates equal exposure to each language and improves overall language acquisition.

Since its launch in August 2014, enrolments in the programme have grown by more than 50%. CIS now has over 30 bilingual classes from junior kindergarten to grade 6.
